• Keyways Wire Cut After Turning.The internal keyway is cut on the wire EDM after turning and then checked against the bore axis, so a key drives straight instead of rocking inside the fit.
• Mounting Holes Located From The Bore.Counterbored through holes, tapped holes and the small locating hole are all positioned from the same reference as the bore, so fasteners start cleanly and the flange pulls down flat.
• Flange Face Square To The Pilot.The mounting face and the central pilot are finished in one turning setup, so the hub seats without a shim and runs concentric on the shaft.

We machine these hubs in 321 stainless steel (UNS S32100), a titanium-stabilized austenitic grade selected where elevated service temperatures make intergranular corrosion a concern. 303, 304, 316L and 17-4PH stainless are also available. Every shipment includes CMM Dimensional Inspection Reports and Material Mill Certificates for full traceability.
