We mill these plates from white POM-C acetal sheet (polyoxymethylene), a low-friction engineering plastic that holds its dimensions in humid shop air instead of swelling the way nylon does. Natural white and black POM are both stocked, with POM-C and POM-H grades available on request. Every shipment includes CMM Dimensional Inspection Reports and Material Certificates, and RoHS/REACH-compliant stock is available per specification.

Precision Milled For Wear Resistance And Stable Geometry

• Square Bore Milled And Gauged To Size.The square bore is milled with radiused corners and gauged on the finished plate, so it slides onto a square shaft without hand fitting and keeps its drive angle over repeated use.
• Balanced Cuts On Both Faces.Material is removed in balanced passes from each side, so plates stay flat and parallel instead of bowing once the pocket and the arc slot run through the section.
• Edges Finished Clean.Cut edges are hand finished to clear the fuzz that POM leaves behind, so square bore corners, arc slot walls and small mounting holes reach assembly free of loose chips.
