Q1: How to enjoy the OEM services?
A1: Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.
Q2: Whether small/big order is allowed in your company?
A2: Yes, welcome.
Q3: Can I get a sample for check?
A3: Yes, but single sample will charge fee. For batch production we will provide free sample for check before mass production, but you are expected to pay the freight.
Q4: I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?
A4: Sure, we can sign NDA.
Q5: What to be clearly indicated when I send you drawing?
A5: You are kindly requested to let us know the raw material, finish and quantity at least.
Q6: Can 7Swords make design drawings for me?
A6: We do not provide design services. You are responsible for submitting 2D and 3D CAD drawings, and we can then provide a Design for Manufacturing review upon receiving your order.
