Custom Machined Aluminum Parts Machining Small Metal Hard Anodizing Parts
Machined Aluminum Applications:
Aluminum parts can be found everywhere, in a range of industries, especially automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment and machinery, and consumer and computer electronics.
Automotive parts (light-weighting provides a high strength-to-weight ratio)
Housing, brackets, and other components for aerospace use that must support heavy load capacities but be lightweight
Fixtures, calipers, and a variety of other parts for industrial equipment
Enclosures, panels, consoles, knobs, housing, and other applications for consumer and computer electronics
What is CNC Milling?
CNC Milling is an automated machining process used to manufacture 2D and 3D cnc parts by removing material from raw stock. Workshops use CNC milling machines to save time and improve manufacturing productivity.
To make a CNC milled part, a block or sheet is placed on a table below a spindle that holds a cutting tool. A computer selects the tool used, the rotation speed, the vertical motion of the spindle and the horizontal motion of the table. This allows loaded cutters such as drills, taps and end mills to remove portions of the material to create shapes.
CNC Milling is a widely used manufacturing process that produces CNC parts with precision and accuracy. It is a production process that involves the use of a 3D CAD design, tooling, and machine shop equipment such as heavy-duty drill presses and CNC machines to produce a custom 3D CAD model. CNC machining can produce CNC parts made from plastic, metal, and other materials with the highest tolerances and surface finishes. It is also used for prototyping and production runs, as it can allow for intricate designs and high-precision CNC parts that meet exact specifications and tolerances in a short amount of time. The process is also used to create parts with specific surface finishes. The process ensures that the machined parts have a uniform finish that meets exact specifications and tolerances.

FAQ:
Q: What's the MOQ?
We can accept low quantities.
Q: Can I get a sample for the check?
Yes, just need the sample cost, and we will return it in mass production.
Q: What if I want custom a part but I can't draw?
We can also offer design services as long as you tell us all your requirements.
Q: I want to keep our design secret, can we sign an NDA?
Sure, we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q: How to proceed with an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for a formal order. Finally, we arrange the production.
Q: Do the products of all the colors are the same with the same surface treatment?
A: No. about powder coating, the bright color will be higher than white or gray. About the Anodizing, colorful will be higher than silver, and black higher than colorful.
