Methods to eliminate machining error of CNC lathe:
1. Change the programming size: adjust the tool tip path during programming, so that the actual machining contour of the arc tool tip is consistent with the ideal contour
2. With the tool point arc center as the tool location, the programming steps are as follows: draw a sketch of the workpiece → draw the arc path of the tool point according to the arc radius r of the tool point and the size of the workpiece → calculate the characteristic point of the arc center path → program.
