Small quantity plastic part production:
1- 3D printing a original part.
2- Polish the surface manually.
3- Use the printed part to make a simple silicone mold, to get a core and cavity, same as the injection mold core and cavity.
4- Pour the specific PA material into the mold and add toner to adjust the transparency.
5- Wait for one hour around to wait the forming of the PA part.

Q: I want to copy one product, and i just have a sample, what should I do?
A: Our engineering team will support your project to get the drawing.
Q: I am not sure which drawing formats are available for manufacturing?
A: Stp/step are the best. If you can't save it as .stp, please save it as .stl and contact with us to get the engineering support.
Q: Can your factory provide the one-stop service for a whole product?
A: Yes, CNC prototype, CNC machining, vacuum casting,3D printing, injection molding, aluminum/zinc die casting, sheetmetal fabrication, laser cutting, press-brake forming are all no problem in our factory.
