The stock solution is used, the lead plate is used as the cathode (negative electrode), the workpiece is used as the anode (positive electrode), the temperature is 60-80 degrees, the current density is 15-50 ampere square decimeters, the voltage is about 10 volts, and the time is 5 minutes. Process flow: chemical degreasing→hot water washing→cold water washing→electrolytic polishing→hot water washing→cold water washing→passivation→cold water washing→hot water washing→hot pure water washing Note: Part of the process can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
