What is a tool path in CAD?
A toolpath is a series of motions and commands that instruct a CNC machine how to cut, bend, or form sheet metal parts. You can create tool paths manually by entering parameters and coordinates for each operation, or you can create tool paths automatically using the built-in features and functionality of your CAD/CAM software.
