1、 Basic principles:
The acceptance method used shall only accept workpieces that are within the specified dimensional acceptance limits. For workpieces with matching requirements, the dimension inspection shall comply with Taylor principle, and the size of holes or shafts shall not exceed the maximum physical size.
Note: Taylor's principle is that for holes and shafts with matching requirements, their local actual size and shape errors should be controlled within the dimensional tolerance zone (shafts are reduced by holes and added).
2、 Principle of minimum deformation:
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results, the deformation caused by various factors should be minimized.
3、 Principle of shortest dimension chain:
To ensure a certain measurement accuracy, the links of the measurement chain should be minimized, that is, the measurement chain should be the shortest (to reduce the accumulation of measurement errors).
4、 Closure principle:
In the measurement, if the closure conditions can be met, the sum of the interval deviation is zero, which is the closure principle.
5、 Principle of datum unification:
The measurement datum shall be consistent with the design datum and process datum.
