2. Distinguish processing stages
Precision CNC machining requires high quality appearance, which can be divided into three stages: rough machining, semi finishing and finishing. The first is to ensure the processing quality; It is conducive to the scientific use of equipment; Easy to organize heat treatment process; And it is convenient to find the defects of the blank.
3. Face before hole
For parts such as box, support and connecting rod, the plane shall be machined first and then the hole shall be machined. In this way, the hole can be machined by plane positioning, ensuring the azimuth accuracy of the plane and the hole, and bringing convenience to the machining of the hole on the plane.
4. Finishing processing
The finishing of the primary surface, such as grinding, honing, fine grinding, rolling, etc., should be placed at the end of the process path. The formulation of general guidelines for fine CNC processing and the formulation of precision CNC processing procedures can be roughly divided into two links. First, draw up the process path of parts processing, and then determine the process scale, equipment and process allocation, cutting standard, man hour quota, etc. of each process.
