May also be a loose connection between the servo motor and the screw or rigidity is too poor, can be appropriate to reduce the position of the ring gain.

(1) Axial deformation of the circle
This deformation may be caused by the machinery not being adjusted properly. Poor positioning accuracy of the axis, or improper compensation of the screw gap, can lead to circularity error when over quadrant.

In this case, the position deviation value of each axis should be checked first. If the deviation is too large, the position ring gain can be adjusted to exclude.
