Machine Clamping Indexable Blade in Precision Parts Processing
The national standard of carbide indexable inserts in precision parts processing is S0 international standard. The expression method, variety specification, dimension series, manufacturing tolerance and measurement method of product model are the same as those of S0 standard. In addition, in order to adapt to the national conditions of our country, a dash is added after the 9 numbers specified in the international standard, and then a letter and a digit are used to indicate the form and width of the chip breaking groove of the blade. Therefore, the models of indexable inserts in China share 10 numbers to represent the characteristics of main parameters.
Precision parts processing
During precision parts processing, according to the regulations, the first 7 number positions must be used for any type of blade, and the last 3 number positions can only be used when necessary. But for the turning blade, position 10 belongs to the part marked in the standard requirements. No matter whether there is the eighth or ninth digit, the tenth digit must be separated from the previous digit by a dash "one", and its letters must not use the used (E, F, T, S, R, L, N) letters of the eighth or ninth digit. If only one of the eighth and ninth digits is used, it shall be written on the eighth digit, with no space in the middle.
