How does a lathe work?
We have several CNC lathes that are used for many different jobs. A CNC lathe works by moving a piece of material over a cutting tool to create a pre-designed shape. The machine is operated by a pre-programmed computer that makes the lathe follow the correct sequence of moves to make the part. Once the CNC programming is set up, the process can be automated. CNC lathes are capable of producing large volumes in a short amount of time, making them ideal for high-volume jobs where scheduling is a priority. Our custom workshop has state-of-the-art lathes that can provide you with the quantity and quality of parts you need at competitive prices.
