Its precision ranges from micrometer to submicron and even nanometer (<10nm), and its application scope is increasingly extensive.
It is developed from CNC milling machine. The first CNC machining center was first developed by Carney Trek in 1958. Based on the CNC horizontal boring and milling machine, it adds an automatic tool change device, which enables centralized processing of milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping and other processes after the workpiece is clamped once.
Numerical control processing is widely used in all walks of life. Numerical control processing is a complex and rigorous processing process, and no error can occur. If an error occurs, it must be terminated and reprocessed. CNC machine tools in Germany, the United States, Japan and other countries with more developed manufacturing industries account for more than 70% of production equipment. There is a big gap between China's manufacturing industry and the international advanced industrial countries.
According to the statistics of the Machinery Association, at present, the number of CNC machine tools in China's manufacturing industry is less than 2% of the total, and has been growing at a rate of more than 35% in recent years. The current limited number of CNC machine tools in China has not been fully utilized. Although there are many reasons, the lack of NC talents is undoubtedly one of the main reasons.
