Hard cutting gives the parts good overall machining accuracy.
Most of the heat produced in hard cutting is taken away by the cutting oil, which will not produce surface burns and cracks like in grinding processing. It has excellent machining surface quality and precision machining roundness and can ensure high position accuracy between machining surfaces.

Usually, based on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.
4. What is to be indicated when I send you the drawing?
You are kindly requested to let us know the raw material, finish and quantity at least.
5. Can 7Swords make design drawings for me?
We do not provide design services. You are responsible for submitting 2D and 3D CAD drawings, and we can then provide a Design for Manufacturing review upon receiving your order.
