Description:

The principle of seamless welding is gas shielded arc welding, referred to as gas shielded welding or gas electric welding. It is a fusion welding using arc as heat source and gas as protective medium. During the welding process, the protective gas creates a protective layer around the arc to separate the arc, the molten pool from the air, prevent the influence of harmful gas, and ensure the stable combustion of the arc. Gas shielded welding can be classified according to electrode state, operation mode, type of shielding gas, electrical characteristics, polarity, scope of application and so on. Aluminum or stainless steel is generally used as the raw material for seamless welding.

The adoption of seamless welding technology can not only help eliminate mold welds, but also improve the precision, finish and appearance of parts accordingly. At the same time, seamless welding technology in the injection molding process to implement effective control, shorten the mold processing cycle. Due to the excellent surface finish of the products produced by this process, secondary spraying and annealing are not required and the dimensional changes caused by secondary shrinkage are avoided.
